I finally had to shut them off. I am talking about morning tv sports shows. NFL AM, The Aftermath, Sportscenter, NFL insiders, NFL Live. Espn.
All of them spend most of their time on the Romo, Bryant, Shanahan and Brady cussing. Out of 32 teams can you a$$hats spend a few minutes talking about the rest of the league? We all know the Cowboys are dysfunctional and first round out if they even make it. I am so tired of hearing about the cowboys and their mediocre team and meddling owner. I like RG111 but I am sick of hearing about him.
I flip channels and these commentators all talk the same crap the guy before them said. I wonder if they watched any other games yesterday?

Usually only the the most current stories are ever talked about. So if you are tired of hearing the talking heads talk about that stuff then I would suggest only watching highlights, or pregame shows.

I refusse to watch ESPN for anything. I will watch NFL Network morning show, and that is only because I work over nights and are home at that time. They love the drama...Never thought the word 'Shit" would be such a hot topic...

SHIT!! let the fire storm begin.

Yep, you have to take those shows in small doses, just to see if anything interesting is actually being reported. If not, it just turns into a hyper focused drama fest, like you say, and they beat the same story into the ground. I get most of my actual news on line because then i can pick and choose the news i am interested in hearing about.

Yeah, you would think that the Cowboys have been worth watching the last five years. They are a terrible team. I cant understand how they can be so surprised how shitty the Cowboys are week after week.

So much sports talk is about personalities and not sports.

This board must piss you off too. Look at how many of your fellow posters created Cowboys threads which are currently on page 1 here. Apparently they can't get enough of Dallas either.

This board is fine. The cowboys threads are fine, I don't really hate that team, just tired of an average going nowhere team getting all the press all season long. What does piss me off is when they put the upcoming subject note on the side of the screen and than never cover some of them that I might stay tuned to watch. That's false advertising.

I refuse to be a sheep, I have a channel checker and not afraid to use it!

It's funny. Yesterday, someone made a thread about the Seahawks getting the 1 seed and several posters were up in arms about it saying that it should be on the Hawks board and nobody cares. But I guess they're OK with threads bashing an irrelevant Cowboys team. People read what they want, and unfortunately, outside of praise for their own team they really just want to read and talk about the failures.

As far as these shows, I dont even watch them much any more. I love Playbook on NFLN, it's one of my favorite shows on TV, but almost everything else is fluff garbage.

But yeah, all the shows are drama-induced - there are rarely any more shows that are just based on getting you the scores and news without all the hype - that's what I don't like about these shows, it's all drama and sports should be fun, not about drama - ESPN turned into an entertainment network instead of reporting news and highlights

That's why the NHL is my favorite sport, rarely ever hear about drama in that sport - NBA and NFL are BAD when it comes to drama, ESPN and the other networks beat that shit to the ground

The Atlanta morning radio show is awesome on 92.9 FM. Jason Bailey, Randy Cross and Kristen Ledlow. I don't think its syndicated, tobad for everybody else.
