I agree on Gieseke or Schultz. I don't see how drafting yet again another TE helps the situation. Unless somebody drops in the 2nd and we have them as a sure fire 1st rounder, I wouldn't do it. I think FA is the best place to find a starting pass-catching TE for next year.

we should be focusing on o/line early and often in the draft . if that isnt fixed who lines up at TE wont matter

i think you are wrong about turner and rogers . . injuries in camp hurt turner and he was doing great until that happened . rogers story is much like thomas 's converted qb and when he got in games before his injury he was contributing pretty darn well for a UDFRA

Id rather have the prototypical TE 6+ and closer to 250lbs. Those guys will never be game planned against and will always be a liability in blocking. Logan was solid when he was healthy but i think we can develop the TEs available into productive starters
