The one thats clearly been in the right. Theres a reason why this has been essentially split between all the judges so far.
If the nfl was in the right, this would have been over long ago. These cases/rulings usually side with the employer.

They did outnumber the Senior Judge, but he's a senior judge for a reason one would think?

And I suspect if they had done that in Brady's favour then it would be the NFL appealing.... It's the American way.

Ive read pretty compelling statements from the 2 that voted in favor of the NFL

I havent seen a statement from the senior guy, he may have been changing his diaper
