3:30pm start at Century Link field next Sunday (Late game/prime time)

Opening line is Seattle -3 (pick'em w/home field adv) and will almost certainly swing one way or another and likely toward the SF side with a lot of expected action from SF supporters that are feeling confident about a trip to the Clink.

Carroll vs Harbaugh

Wilson vs Kaepernick

Top defenses in the NFC going head to head.

All NFC West show down to go to the SB.

Like it, love it, or hate it. The game of the year is here and one base is going to be happy while the other is going to be pissed off and having to listen to it for the entire next year.

Bring it!

we got to keep our cool on defense.

Carolina looked out of sorts on defense when Boldin started smack talking.

Don't bye in. Keep Calm and Move on ;)

I'm sure part of the game plan is going to be get in Boldin's head early and often. He is a hot head and likely to create penalties or make mistakes if he can't keep his cool.

It will be a defensive battle all day and throws out the theory that there is no more defense in the NFL. I mean of course they made it a lot harder to play quality D, but several teams have adapted and most of them were in the playoffs. Not a coincidence.

I don't know who's going to win and anyone else who says otherwise hasn't paid any attention to this rivalry. Obviously we played to get HFA just for this reason and you have to like our chances. We have almost no one on injury if KJ is indeed back for the game and Harvin's concussion isn't that bad.

100% full strength Seahawks playing for all the marbles. Can't wait.

Matchups to watch

Sherman/Maxwell vs Boldin/Crabtree

Aldon Smith/Ahmad Brooks vs Russell Okung/Breno Giacomini

Malcolm Smith, Bobby Wagner, Bruce Irvin (and hopefully KJ) vs Kaepernicks running

Patrick Willis/Navorro Bowman vs Lynch

Those are just 4 that stand out to me

Anyone know if SF is expected to have any substantial injuries? I haven't looked at their status recently. Would be awesome if this is two 100% fully stocked teams ready to go. I mean I know you can't say really that Seattle is 100% with Rice out for the year and a couple of the other early season guys, but to have everyone back on the line, LB's, receivers, etc ready to go for this is huge.

obviously i'm trolling...

but right now, SF has our FB dinged up around the knee I believe, Crabtree with something in the wrist(nothing serious nor influential IMO) and a hampered Carlos Rogers at CB to my knowledge after today

Pretty sure that they lost their FB Tukuafu (sp?). Looked like he got his ankle rolled pretty good. Crabs looked banged up early but maybe he was full of shit because he came back and played normally.

Is your FB a big part of your game? Didn't think much of it when I saw him go out. Seems as long as Boldin and Crabtree are able to go full speed and Gore doesn't have issues you have most of your offense right there. No?

I expect everyone at the Clink to leave everything there. That means yell so loud and often that nobody has a voice left after the game. I will be yelling from my sofa.

I almost had a chance to go to today's game and I'm hoping I get a seat in our corporate suit for the next one. The company president said he would see what he can do so I really hope to be there and if I am I plan on coming home with no voice of any kind.

lol@ ticker master not allowing anyone to buy tickets unless their billing address is WA, Or, Idaho, Alaska, Hawaii, or two provinces in Canada. Yeah, I've seen a few whining SF fans about this already but deal with it. Team doesn't want the SF fans to have easy access. It's their right to do so. Sell tickets that are guaranteed to sell out fast to who you want to have them.

Not going to hurt just SF fans of course. Seattle fans are everywhere, but all not around here will have to pay big time to get them off stubhub or have friends/family up here buy them.

This is going to be a very entertaining week.

And you are fine with that I take it. The 'he started it' mantra? :laugh3:

Boldin is a very talented receiver, but he is far too easy to get in his head. That's a lack of focus. If Seattle can exploit that they should do so. Far better to do that than to say... target a players head to take them out of a game right?

Well Boldin really doesn't get a chance to talk much in Seattle since he's being shut down completely. I really hope he does have at least one catch though, that way Kam can help him release his grip on the ball as he gets trucked.

Seahawks restricting NFC title game ticket sales to fans in six states - CBSSports.com

A team and organization that earned the #1 seed should be allowed to do that if they want to. If the tickets are in turned reserved just for the 12th Man, then so be it.

Besides, most buys their tickets through secondary market anyway don't they?

well, yes... the FB position is.

long story short, our starter FB Bruce Miller is out for the playoffs i believe therefore we have a FB by community in Tukaufu n Dixon... Tuk is the bigger guy and more capable IMO to push back LBs or DL... Dixon can do his block(push? meh) but not really a threat IMO but has come through in his short opportunities...

Miller as our FB was more integral in the offense as both lead blocker, pass blocker n reciever but the others thus far has filled in nicely.

I like our FB with the lead blocks and Tuk being bigger than Dixon and our #2 TE is key for that...

Luckily, we all didnt see any hiccups in the offense(although it was more pass than rush til the end)
