Obviously, the NFL team most likely to win in Seattle is Denver. But assuming Seattle has the 1 seed, it seems unlikely they will lose at home and not make the superbowl.

If I had to rank the NFC teams most likely to win in Seattle, it would look like this:

1. San Fransisco (they are the most talented of the other NFC teams and would have an opportunity to learn from their mistakes)

2. Green Bay (Aaron Rodgers could go off)

3. Chicago (They seem balanced enough to have a shot).

I really don't see any other teams with much of a chance.

I'm sticking to the premise that this situation remains purely hypothetical and will not happen, so I am choosing none of the above. :D:whistle:

I actually feel like the 'early game effect' is a bigger deal than the crowd noise when it comes to the Seattle Home/Road split.

Nobody is beating Seattle at home if they get everyone healthy. There are levels to the NFL and Im not sure anyone else has Seattle's level.

It's going to take a team like Atlanta with multiple, talented, wide receivers and a decent running attack. Seattle's secondary is just too damn good and when you can't run, you're fucked.

They can be gameplanned for and I've got hopes the Niners will be healthy at wide receiver and can establish some semblance of a running game the next time at the Stick.

I would have to go with the Rams because those are the toughest sonsofbitches to beat. I'm sure any honest 49er fan would agree.

Lots of teams have abandoned the running game the past couple of weeks. If that trend continues, it favors teams like Seattle and Chicago that have great secondaries.

Our big problem is Lynch. I think he averaged like 6 yards a carry against us last year but for some reason Wilson seemed tentative against our defense. I'm not sure thats a trend that will continue but if the Rams make the playoffs, it will likely be because they beat Seattle at the end of the year and that could be the 'ol confidence builder but Rams are turnover prone atm.

Well, yeah, they did fairly well against us last year. I am interested in seeing what they can do against the Cowboys. If they are going to be a playoff contender they're gonna have to beat teams like this. They are a better, more talented team, IMO.

If there's a playoff game in Seattle, nobody's beating the Seahawks. We don't lose at the Clink. 9ers just had the best shot of the year and they shat the bed all at once.
