Backing in and then losing the playoff game (4 in a row) is not endearing Caldwell to anyone. I think BQ is looking for a reason to get rid of him. Especially with Josh McD in the wings. That may be the only reason Caldwell was kept another year. BQ most likely knew JMcD was going to be available in a year.
