This is true but we both know it's about getting in. Playoff advancement is a fair minded hope for fans of NFC eastern teams. Hosting a playoff game isn't a bad thing. It will come down to who's defense sucks less and based on last year, that should not be Dallas....but things tend to change in the NFL from year to year so who knows?

Looking at both teams defensively, I would have to give a slight edge in talent and health to the Skins.

Coaching edge on Defense I would give to Dallas. Im a fan of Haslett. I know he has never had a top ten defense in yards, but when given the tools the man can produce turnovers and sacks which is actually more important in my opinion. Skins Defense should be interesting.

Actually i think Yardage would favor you more than points. I think last year with the yards given up was an anomaly for Dallas. Hell yes its fun to say they were historically bad. But I think Hasletts tendency to put more into turn overs and sacks lends to his teams giving up alot of yards. Dallas on the flip side, because there are so many questions of talent will (or at least should) be focused more on sound over all play. IE tackling is going to be harped on more so than sacks, strips, INTs. Haslett has shown a habit of allowing poor tackling and Im not convinced thats going to change on the back end. He is going to bring pressure and stress turnovers. So i fully expect us to get burned for yards alot.

Have to agree with PDay here Krush. I know you both have history and I get that y'all don't admire each other and I even understand the reasons for it. But changing posts likes this is not an appropriate style of poking the bear.

I also realize that this is a banter thread but this is something no one wants to see happen to them. There's a difference between team trolling, trolling a posters opinions, vs posting personally against a poster themselves.
