On the floor we have Freshmen and Sophomores.......most of which have never even played together until this season.

Penn State has 4-star players out there......one of which is a Senior and led the nation the past 2 seasons in Offensive production.

This is what was supposed to happen unfortunately. We are one of the best coached teams in the BIG.....but we are too young and will probably start to peak towards the end of this season.

Next season looks extremely bright.

Hope for CBI

We got invited to the CBI last year and we turned it down as it costs too much to participate.

I'm assuming we would just do the same again.

I'm gonna be crushed if we don't make the NIT......and I know that is expecting a lot......but I just see a lot of potential in this team moving forward.

They'll take a CBI invite this year for added game experience.

Last year made no sense to accept. There was nothing to gain.

See I don't understand that at all.

If you're given the opportunity to compete I say take it.......no matter what. I felt real odd about turning that down last year......and the to use the money excuse was even more odd.

You might be right though. But hey, Ken Pomeroy said we would lose this game tonight in the final minutes and he also says we will still win 7 games. That will put us right on that cutoff line for the NIT......so I guess we'll see. He says we're gonna lose in Lincoln against Minnesota in our upcoming game as well.

NU played down to them. Penn St played like shit for most of the game and their arena wasn't even 50% full.

Huskers need to learn how to win.

This team is 1 year away from going 20+ wins and reaching the NCAA.

There is seriously a good chance that we don't reach postseason this year and then make the NCAA next year. Between Petteway, Shavon, Tai, Leslie, Biggs.......we have ridiculous inexperienced talent returning.

I've been watching this game for 23 years. This team is an odd duckling.

We could easily be 4-2 right now......but we're not. And the reason is because we are so you g and we are teying to compete with the best in the country.

Look at the B1G overall. It is UNREAL. Anyone can beat anyone. Just so much talent.
