What could he attribute to the staff that would be more than what he does now?

Don't say recuiting........ He Recruits players who can't qualify at Nebraska which is why they go to JUCO...

I hope Sims stays at Fort Scott and builds a juco powerhouse there..... And steers all his high quality players this way

there would be more money in it if he was on staff here, and the relationship he has with Bo is why i think he'll coach here.
