I was very happy with how we fought to get back into that game.

We did it all with young guys too. Our only Senior, Gallegos, didn't even show up to play.

One thing that blew my mind was that we actually outrebounded Iowa 44-42. That tells me that we are closer to playing with teams like Iowa than the average viewer can tell. There are obviously little things that need work. Our youth and inexperience is just killing us right now.......but next year....ohhhhh boy, look out.

Biggs is really gifted at creating action towards the rim, but he needs to simmer down a little.

Petteway is really really really good. We are so lucky to have stolen that guy away from Texas Tech.

We did better than I thought we would, Iowa is a pretty strong program this year. They were pathetic at the line last nite though.

believe it or not, that was a good game Huskers played against Iowa. Huskers have a Longggggggg road ahead of them to contend in B1G mid/upper section. Give Miles 2 to 3 more years and see if he can get program into middle of pack 8-6th place in standings. The league usually has 2-3 top 10-15 teams then a handful of teams to round out top 25. It is very hard to crack the top two or three; usually has MSU, OSU then IU, Whisky, Michigan. then the handful are PU, Iowa, IL & MN. Top to bottom toughest league year in and year out. Adding Maryland next year will be interesting.
