I thought Ben was better than "meh." Though he got caught way too often after getting behind the defense.

That being said, Kyler was the better player and should have been utilized better. I am, however, biased. Kylers daddy and I played ball together in high school, among other things. I consider him my brother, and Kyler my nephew.

Ben is a quality TE. He can block and catch. He is an old school type TE. Very reliable receiver.

Reed is a today's type of TE.

Both can make a living as a TE on the right team.

Can we get a final roll call on the scouts who showed up? I know for a fact that the Saints, Raiders, Packers, Falcons and Chiefs scouts came.

I saw them with my own two eyes is why I say that.

Apparently about 40 scouts came in all.

Around 15 to 17 pro teams were attendance today for Pro Day. Two years ago all 32 were here and 26 were here in 2010. Low turnout this year. Last year there were 15 teams in attendance at Pro Day. Gives you some perspective of the NFL talent in 2009 & 2010 vs. 2011 & 2012 at NU. -from sean callahan's twitter

My guess is the scout number was inflated or maybe there were even european and Canadian league scouts.

Could be completely wrong.
