History of an area or region shouldn't offend people, especially when that area/region plays with respect. Illinois football certainly doesn't scare anyone enough to offend them.

I also really dislike how Miles doesn't like to pressure on Defense.

When your Offense is struggling to get something going you need to create turnovers so you can score points in transition. Instead we try to win in the half court and because we have no shooters we can't keep up.

Also, transition is where you get to the free throw line. We had 5 free throw attempts last night. We actually scored more baskets from the field than Illinois, but they had 15 more points at the FT line.

I just don't like letting teams comfortably get into their half court set the entire game. Our man/help-off Defense works nicely and most shots are contested, but teams have been draining contested shots on us all year.

We ain't gonna win no dadburned shootout with any of these teams who have 4-star shooting guards.
