Similar to Steve Pederson, Eichorst needs to be fired tomorrow morning. Do not give him an opportunity to give Riley another extension towards the end of the season.

I wouldn't say never. Harvey Perleman isn't there to protect his hire. It's no longer a recruiting talent issue. It's clearly a coaching issue.
Eichorst is not the right person to be evaluating the issue.

Honestly speaking, I was only slightly on the fence with Eichorst and Riley after the Oregon game.

A lot changed for me over the course of 1 week. It's not just this one game, however. This 1 game made me go back and look at the 2nd half of last season and how it has carried over into this season.

Then I started thinking about how we just keep saying "give it time, they gotta build it".......and about how they've had time and they've actually done the OPPOSITE of build.....they've actually destructed.

We all want to be patient and let things work themselves out in life. It seems like the grown up thing to do. It's not the thing to do in this case. If you look back at the evidence we have to go off of, this ship is sinking. It was sinking before it got here, and for some reason we decided to take it on let it sink here.

Someone in a position of power needs to grow some balls and get the fuck off this thing. Money needs to be spent. I'm so sick and tired of living frugally through this when we have endless amounts of money to spend.

That's the end of my rant for now. May have another one shortly.

Last night watching Texas play USC in LA. Texas defense has improve big time from the game one to game three. Nebraska defense really hasn't improved all that much. It's very evident even with Beck calling plays Texas has a way better coaching staff then Nebraska. I don't think Riley can tell a sneeze from a wet fart.
