WHY does Pelini still have a job???

I'm not trying to troll either......I just don't understand why anyone thinks he's a good coach. His teams CONSISTENTLY fail every season, and this year they had the B1G title nearly gift-wrapped on a silver platter.

So what does he do to justify keeping a job at Nebraska getting 60+ hung on his team twice in a season?

There have been rumblings before tonight http://www.sportshoopla.com/forums/nebraska-cornhuskers/82678-officially-onboard-firing-bo.html . The vast majority of the fan base have blindly followed him and sternly object to those who oppose. If tonight didn't open eyes, I don't know what will. Unprepared (perhaps overprepared is more accurate), undisipline, turnover prone is the MO of his teams. His D is too complicated and his offense is just a collection of plays that he's had problems stopping in the past (probably because his players are too confused).

Word on the street is that Patterson is who the big money donors would want if Mack leaves this year. I don't think Patterson is a good fit, but he's on the short list if he's still at TCU.
