Nebraska at Missouri - Missouri 30 straight home wins

Think Nebraska can snap the streak?? 30 wins in a row is a LOT. Game is at 5pm today.

Nebraska usually wins a game or two they shouldn't. This could be one.

Road games are a bitch though.

Every time I think about Nebraska losing at home to ISU I get real angry. A win over Missouri on the road would not forgive that loss, but it would technically make up for it. It is a much needed game. Missouri is very good though.

I remember NU beating Mizzou at Mizzou when they were ranked #1, by a score of 67-51. {I may be wrong on the score}

I don't remember the year this happened.

I just researched the score from our win over Mizzou, when they were ranked #1. It happened during the 81-82 season.

I had the score right... 67-51!

I must say that is impressive getting the score right almost 30 years later haha. It seems like Nebraska beat Kansas when they were #1 somewhat recently, but I cannot remember when for sure.

On the subject of this game here today, this is frustrating, but I am happy we are only down 1 right now. For some reason I feel like in the end Missouri will end up getting the favorable bounces. I SO want to beat them though to get revenge for the 70-47 trouncing they handed to us last year.

The men's team is in trouble now for the season. It's not the fact that they lost this game today, because they actually were expected to lose.....but it's the fact that they lost by 17. They have to find a way to stop giving games away in the final 7 mins of these games. It has happened in almost every single loss this year.

Exactly! They piss me off so much when they pull that crap. 0-4 in conference play and they did the same thing in all 4 games......blew it in the final mins. Missouri outscored Nebraska by 15 in the last 5 mins or something like that.

It's the players, not Doc IMO.

They are young and they'll be better at the end of the season. Unfortunately it will be a little too late. Anderson and Henry aren't providing the senior leadership that it takes to dig out a win at the end.
