There is a fine line between setting your program back further by having a revolving door of coaches and AD's and not settling for mediocrity and letting apathy set in by accepting that the fact that over the past 3 years you're the 5th best team in a division that is essentially the Big 12 North.

I'd rather be proactive and not accepting 5th place in a weak division. Finding the perfect AD is paramount in tip-toing that fine line perfectly.

While I don't really get piling on when a program is down, I do understand years of pent up frustration of being dog styled raw with some sand and wanting to kick them a little. However, playing the what if is pretty lame, and bringing up losing to a MAC team after Okie Lite did that exact thing last year is actually amusing, to me.

Nonsense. You asked a hypothetical question and there is no real answer. You see, on paper and based on results of the games both teams have played this year it seems as if Okie lite would work them in a big time way. However, since the game is played on an actual field with actual players and the ball is a funny shape and takes odd bounces and unusual results happen all the time, there is no answer to your question that would be an absolute truth. With that in mind, they're correct when then insult you, because it's a competition played on the field, not an exhibition played in people's minds in a make believe land.

If you don't understand the above, NU_FTW is obviously correct in his insults.
