Good. That should be common fucking sense.

Now cover any injuries suffered while playing for them for life and leave it the fuck there.

No longer will it be a violation for kids to put peanut butter on their otherwise approved bagels.

I mean it just makes sense ffs. Let these kids get whatever calories they need while we are driving them to work so hard and don't make them have to get jobs to pay for it.

How long do they get to declare those injuries?

5 years/10 years after college and my knee starts bothering me?

Sounds like a mess.

I wonder how long until someone is complaining about how their school can't afford to feed surf and turf to 100 football players. I mean we all know this rule will be disproportionately implemented based off the schools food budget restrictions, but all of the majors are now going to go into a full out food war to attract kids.

The days of high profile athletes having to eat mac n cheese or top roman to supplement their food needs are over.

I'm sure the training tables of the very top schools is going to resemble royal feasts of a bygone era.

Anything that results from an actual tangible injury while playing. A torn ACL? Covered for life.

Wear and tear that crops up down the line when you played football for 20 years? No.

Nebraska can hang with the turf. I don't know that there were ever any real restrictions on their food the likes of UConn. The dining hall for the football players is right in the stadium.

I used to eat with our players every day. They ate like beasts.

Best food I've had in my life.

How late was their dining facility open, and was it all you can eat?

There were always feasts before, but under NCAA rules some of that food you were seeing was actually being charged to the kids off their scholarship money. There has always been restrictions to how much 'free' food they were allowed to give.

Now this will be outside of whatever stipend was in their scholarships. They are not going to have any limitations at all on what or how much.

The food wars really are about to begin.

All over the country title 9 advocates are jumping for joy... Mens programs are being dropped overnight to make room for anorexic womans programs to take over.

I still can't believe Emmert isn't flipping burgers somewhere.
