Don't think so, not from what I can tell.

I'm looking at the "NCAA DIVISION 1 MANUAL", effective August 1, 2011, which is the current governing document for all Div 1 sports.

Give me the bylaw number you believe applies.

Take a look at 13.01.4, 13.02.14, 13.1.2.1, 13.1.2.2, 13.1.3.8.1.1

Then, consider the infamous bump rule, 13.1.2.7

To me, its pretty clear, but if I've missed something, kindly point me to it.

OK. Point me to where it says that you cant continue a pre-existing relationship once your recruitment starts?
