Sounds like Ujiri is trying to make one of the teams blink and throw something in they don't want to.

Once the Sixers got Hill, I figured that would be the end of that unless they throw in for money reasons.

Yeah, the Sixers getting Hill seems to be why they wouldn't raise their offer.

Apparently the Raptors wanted Herro or THT and the Heat and Lakers didn't want to include them.
