I’m in the camp that thinks Howell can be pretty good. His 2nd to last year at NC he actually had weapons and he looked great. Then his last year his star fizzled in people’s eyes because NC lost like every skill guy. I think he has a chance to be a solid NFL starter. I can see a Kirk Cousins kind of story arc for him. And I love the Washington defense.
