yeah … baseball fans are a different animal fer sure
… up here in NE listening to the Red Sox on the radio in the summer took over from fishing — ya gotta look like you’re not sleepin’ … retired guys liked to die that way
then the strike box was televised (‘K zone) and changed the game for me … add that the Red Sox finally won the World Series and the sport got downright exciting … I’m not sure now that I’m close to retirement that that’s a good thing

But yeah, I can imagine that the Dodgers hatred would be pretty high with Ohtani(spelling) on the team...

It's not Ohtani, he's awesome and my favorite player even being on the hated team. It's the same reason people hate the Chiefs now, or the Yankees in the 90s...spending the most money by far (like the Yankees) and winning all the time.
