Yeah, I agree that you have to go with the option that's gonna give you at least an outside shot at winning...

So scoring at will in the paint doesn't count when talking about effectiveness of your defense? Isn't the point to score more points than the other team?

I was just talking about the zone. Not the defense as a whole. Go check how many 3's the Lakers shot against the zone compared to 2's then get back to me. If they attempted more 2's, I'll disappear now

The Lakers are playing pretty well in the second half and they have not missed a shot yet in this third quarter. Playing great D and their offense continues to be stable.

JVG was last coaching when Zach Morris was going through puberty. Steve Kerr basically shit on the concept that the then Warriors core couldn't win a title. Mark Jackson needs to go back in his hole.

And yeah, it's so easy to defend a team that has 2 of the top 5 players in the league.
