The only thing that I could rationalize is that you always want a body on Curry which is the reason for the switch. If you leave Curry wide open for a half second, he's going to drain a 3.

You can have Love show hard on the screen then go back to his defender once the primary defender is back on Curry.

At this point you have to at least try something different instead of putting Love in that situation. You're down 2-0 so doesn't hurt to try something new lol

difference between JaVale & TT is JaVale gives you rim protection AND GS makes him part of the offense. He doesn't just clean up under the basket, they actually throw him the ball & expect him to score. He had 12 points last night & was perfect from the field.

Never understood the logic of switching screens when you will be at a huge advantage.

Any screens involving Love should never be switched. The primary defender should do everything in his power to stay on Curry.

Same silly thing Houston did. Why switch a screen that put Ryan Anderson on Curry?

The problem is they can't avoid the switch without leaving the on-ball guy open. But I get your point, I hate it too.

They had what, a 10 pt lead with only seconds remaining? Teams usually will just take the shot clock turnover and let the game end soon thereafter.
