Some of you are going to regret not taking my 11th round proposal once you see my next pick...

700K is a very small difference and there isn’t much left at this point

Yup, although less payroll could be a consideration in evaluating a team if all other things were equal I guess.

Nah.

Shouldn’t be.

Taking cheap guys early allows you to take expensive guys later that others can’t afford.

That is the advantage.

Last I checked, teams who are way under the cap in real life don’t get any extra points on the score board.

We are general managers right? Is that not part of the job? Not a big deal, I said if all other things were equal.

Yeah it doesn’t make any sense. Every draft spot is different. No advantages to having an extra $700K. If we were taking about being in the luxury tax and not I could see the difference from a spending standpoint. But this isn’t comparable

Only if that were a stated goal at the beginning.

Try again.

I could be wrong….

But I would be very surprised if you actually did blow my mind with your last pick.

Have a pretty good idea of all the players out there. There are some solid options, but nobody that is going to be a huge difference maker at $13 million.

Brook Lopez. I wouldn't label him as a "difference maker" lol. Maybe 3-4 years ago
