You're talking hypotheticals. Ive given you a situation that happened in the BE that a team with 4 losses AQed into a BCS game. Notre dames treatment isn't wrong. Every year we play one of the toughest schedules. Byu has 2 tough games if that. They would be abusing the rule.

I'm arguing that you can't get special treatment based upon schedules because they change every year. The rules for ND don't. They've had some very weak schedules as of late. If they were mildly competent than they would have made BCS games they didn't deserve.
