Sad to say that the IDIOT FLEX has Hoskins batting 2nd today. Even after the recent power surge
that Hoskins has produced batting 4th. I can not deal with this inept excuse for a manager anymore.
He must be replaced for any chance to win in the future. He lacks common sense!

The Phillies scored 5 runs. They changed their approach this inning. They were aggressive by swinging at strikes instead of working walks. More proof that they would hit more and score more by ditching the Flex way of walks and more walks.
Who knows how many more wins we could have by swinging at strikes. Flex has held this team back far too long!

Think of the fans who came out in the rain last night only to watch the Phils score a solitary run in the first game then let a winnable game slip away while notching a pair of losses. Pathetic! Should get their money back! Phillies now 2-8 in September.

One thing left to root for is Nola going for 20. I may attend the game tonight for the Nola-Strasberg matchup. He'll face the Mets, then likely, the Braves twice to finish the season.

I bagged it. Didn’t want to get stuck in a rain delay, hanging around in a near empty stadium with the Phils behind 7-1 in the 3rd inning. I think I made the right choice.

Scary thought: Most of this Phillies team will be back next year, and they’ll be doing the same things they’ve been doing this year - like striking out then walking back to the dugout shaking their heads.
