Dude was dropping like 40 yard bombs into tight double coverage all night last week.

Yah that's about as wide open as it gets. You don't have to BULLET throw it, just loft it anywhere within the field of play. Huskies basically need a turnover at this point or bailout from the refs to fix this disaster. It all started when they deferred... WHY!? Your D sucks.
