That's a good question. Initial thought probably Texas 3 and FSU 4 just based on the strength of the big 12 vs ACC and Texas has the best win vs Bama. But I could see a case for FSU at 3 as well being undefeated.

Of the three groups above, I personally am backing the one labeled “most deserving” because the season has to matter and head to head has to matter. If not, just seed the teams in August and don’t even bother with the season.
