Miami will be one of those teams. They aren't getting much press, but they have a great coach and some important pieces for a team that missed the NCAA Tourney last season by a hair, and went on to become Runner-Up to Stanford in the NIT. Senior Angel Rodriguez is back at the PG position after suffering late year injuries and Seven-footer Tonye Jekiri can do some damage. Last year they scorched the Blue Devils in Cameron. It was painful to watch that game. And Angel Rodriguez was the reason. He broke down defender after defender. So much so that Duke started playing a zone after that. Just look out for Miami as a sleeper.

Evansville. I think they finish in sole possession of 2nd in the MVC and make the tournament as an at large team.

Oregon… they won't be the most flashy team but I could see them making some noise in March. No one's talking about them now, but they've got a lot more talent as a whole than they had last year and finally some depth to go with it so I'm looking forward to see what Altman can do with it, he always seems to get the most out of his teams.

I don't know if you can really call em a surprise since they made the Sweet 16 last year, but Xavier should be real good.

Their underclassmen have more talent than the departed. Blueitt can become an NBA type guy and Reynolds is a beast. They could win the Big East.
