I almost put Stanford at #4. There is no way I would put Boise higher than #5, Georgia is average/below average again and Boise playes cupcakes the rest of the year. Winning out doesn't mean anything when you play nobody.

I have no problem with Bama dropping to #5 because they only beat Kent St and they didn't look all that impressive to me. Using you logic, will that mean Boise will drop positions the rest of the year because they will not play another ranked team the rest of the year?

If next week Bama beat a ranked team I'd be fine with them jumping Boise. Boise shouldn't be in the championship over an undefeated SEC team or anything like that but if undefeated they should be ranked ahead of every 1 loss team at that point. Though I do think Boise is every bit as good as Bama and OU

Part of playing with the big boys in a real conference is that you have to play against the big boys (LSU, Alabama, Florida, Arkansas, South Caralina, etc.) as well as against the practice squad scrubs (Georgia, Vanderbilt, Ole Miss, etc.). So Girlsie State beat our scout team, big whooop!
