For what it's worth, in Swedish, those aren't considered accent marks.

The ä, ö, and å characters are actually considered separate letters, not an accented a or o. So Swedish actually has 8 vowels.

It also talks about how Schremp is a bit of a circus act on the ice sometimes and has some quotes from Ulfie (coach) and Nazzy (GM) about how happy they are to have him onboard. The usual stuff about how he'll bring so much to the team, etc.
