My first pre-combine complete mock draft. After looking at team's needs I can actually see Trent Richardson falling in the draft. Unfortunately I doubt he'd make it all the to the Bengals as the jets would surely snap him up with the 16th pick.

If you see a scenario where the Bengals trade up to the 6th pick, you need help.

Alshon Jeffrey is a top 10 pick? Really?

Kendal Wright to the Bengals at 21?

Are you just trying to be provocative or do you really believe these things?

Ok, just remember I was the first one to suggest it. Alshon Jeffrey is 6'4 229 while Kendall Wright is 5'10 190, other than Peter Warrick when was the last time you saw a WR under 6'0 get drafted in the top 10?

Jeffreys may not go top 20. WRs aren't drafted as high and with his weight and "speed issues" he seems to be dropping. We aren't trading up and I'd we traded to the top 10 like that it would easily require both 1st round picks. Also I highly highly highly doubt we take a WR in the 1st.

The Bengals will not have to give up both 1st Round picks to move up. In 2010 the Chargers went from the 28th pick to the 12th for running back Ryan Mathews giving up their 1st Round selection (28th overall), a 2nd Round pick(40th overall) and a 4th Round pick. The Bengals have two 1st Round picks, and two 5th Round picks plus a 2nd Round pick next season. The Bengals have plenty of ammunition to move up especially with a team that may be willing to trade down if they are unable to move up for RGIII. But this is just my opinion. Its not fact. Just like 'YOUR' opinions are not facts!

The Bengals are not trading up to draft anyone. Just not happening.

Trading down? Yeah, I could see that. But, not trading up.

I couldn't imagine any scenario where the Bengals move up....ever.....they already have two first rounders, so imo it's more likely they would trade their lower 1st rounder for multiple picks, to move out of the first round altogether.....

I love Richardson and would love to see him in stripes, but not at the expense it would take to acquire him with the 6th pick.

Barron, Kirkpatrick, DeCastro, Miller

I want two of those four players with picks 17 and 21.

I would love to have Sanu with our 2nd round pick.

I would also love for the Bengals to open up their wallet a little this offseason and go after Finnegan and Nicks.

To trade up from 17th to 6th it would take 650 points of additional value, which would equal our 2nd round pick (370 points), 3rd round pick (165 points), 4th round pick (60 points), 5th round pick (31.8 points), 2nd 5th round pick (27.8 points) = 654.6 points of value.

Otherwise we give up both 1st round picks and overpay by 150 points of value unless they throw in a 3rd round pick to even it out.

So basically if we traded with this years picks only, we have 1 of two scenerios:

We trade picks:
#17, 2nd round pick, 3rd round pick, 4th round pick, (2) 5th round picks

Or we trade picks:
#17 and #21, and they give us their #6 and 3rd round pick

I would prefer to hold on to both those 1st round picks, because I got great hope we nab Decastro with one and Miller with the other, while getting Finnegan and Nicks in FA.

I'll be pissed off if the Bengals shoot their wad to move that far up for RIchardson. Great player but only Barry Sanders could make hay behind that piss poor O-line. I'm assuming it would cost their 2nd and 3rd at least to move up that high (look at what the Falcons gave up last year....with the new CBA in place teams are no longer trying to dump the higher first round picks). So with your scenario outta the first three rounds instead of yielding 4 players we'd get two...a RB and another WR. Both great players but neither addresses the real issue here.

With the way you have it falling stay put at 17 and get Kirkpatrick and then take Cordy Glenn at 21. You can get your RB in the 2nd

No names were mentioned, just said they would like to address the #2 WR position early. Sounds like Simpson is gone for sure.

By early I hope they mean the second round. Got to fix the OL in round one if possible.

without reading everything, I think I agree with Vance.

Brown is still pissed that he traded up to get Ki Jana "ouch my leg" Carter.

Mike Brown also believes that Jim Anderson - the running backs coach - can make any running back a superstar. Same way he used to have faith in Pat McNally to turn late round lineman into above-average starters. While we scored with a second rounder in Dillon and we did well with a 4th rounder in Rudi, there hasn't been much to see of late in terms of uncovering gems. Let's hope we get one right.

Rudi was thought to be a first rounder at one time.

something hit the fan that made people not want to touch him.

sound familiar?
