I really enjoyed the video in this link.
I often think he never gets enough credit. partly because, I am usually talking to younger people that maybe never watched him play. just reading stats or something. I dunno.
but he was my favorite RB on the Cowboys ever.

Interesting post....Walt's nickname was Puddin. Everyone on the team loved the guy. Dallas had some very like able FB's back in the day. Don Perkins before Garrison and Robert Newhouse after Walt. All three were somewhat small for the position but earned great respect from the team for the way each played the game..Walt Garrison.
Not flashy, not a show-off, not holding up the team for a big payday. I think he also did real cowboy things like bull riding in the off season.

I concur!IMO TD was a better runner than Emmitt and I'm fine being in the short line on this one...
