I think the A's need a good old fucking, right in the face.
Couldn't have said it better myself.

.I was checking the splits to see if maybe some sort of platoon would make sense at 3B, but the difference is minimal and I believe Seager provides more value defensively at 3B than Healy.
I've been a fan of Healy and still have hope for him, that's why I wish there was some way of keeping him in the lineup or trading him for something of value. After coming off the DL he hit all 22 of his HRs over the course of 94 games. That's 38 HRs when you distribute it over a 162 game schedule. His OBP is abysmal and his average over that period (.248) is mediocre, but he still does offer a substantial threat to go deep whenever he's at the plate.
He still does have room to improve IMO.
.
yeah that is exactly why ..they will keep him..for a few more years....and hope his ave goes up
there is no trading cano either....so a platoon is probable...
if........ there is a trade on pos players ...my guess would be seager.......but only after they got a player to replace him
or something like that...for sure not untill the end of the season
and maybe that is why...they had cano...at 3B...maybe seager to the bench
how are those splits????.......and cano maybe not bad at 3B..let's check it out....lol
Didn't think about Cano at 3B.
He definitely has the range for it, but does he have the arm? Throwing from 2nd is much different than throwing from 3rd to first. One of the things that made Adrian Beltre great as a 3B was his cannon of an arm. They probably would've considered it, but Cano likely doesn't have that kind of arm.
yeah....starting the game there ..may be ...different than ending it there...we will prob see at some point
i am interested..to see...on the field
