Pictures like this aren't the most professional ways to depict yourself, but I don't see the big deal about this at all. It's probably his money, he's not showing himself doing drugs or any illicit activities, who cares if he took a pic of himself on a cell phone with a wad of cash in Vegas? That's pretty much what everyone does when they go to Vegas.

I'm fine with having 1 more member of the young money cash crew in town if it's someone like Evander Kane. Just imagine James Neal - Evgeni Malkin - Evander Kane on the same line. We'll have a top flight sniper, top flight playmaker, & top flight power forward, all with mad skills. I don't care if Evander Kane drops an album/video every week bragging about his money, I would put up with it just to see those 3 on the same line.

That's true, but I think it was the owners that were being bigger crybabies about money issues than the players. Also, it's not players like Evander Kane & Derek Roy that suffer with the new terms of the CBA, it's less established players that get the shaft. I understand athletes make too much money, but it doesn't offend me to see Evander Kane flaunting his money on Twitter. I don't expect him to drive around in a used Ford Focus and stay at a Motel 6 on his vacations.
