I'd say OLB.

How is it possible to prove a drop in the draft due to injury? GMs rarely give any reliable information about that kind of stuff anyway.

If he gets a policy, that insurance company should assign a draft spot and insure him based on that prediction with clauses having to do with arrests & stuff like that.
