More Trades likely

Looks like the Broncos are going to be aggressive during these next couple of weeks. This is one of the busiest weeks in the NFL with all the players being cut and signed. Throw in this is the week that honestly the most trades happen outside of the draft. From the sound of it the Broncos are not done wheeling and dealing quite yet. Very interested to see what we do. I definitely see OT being an area that we target. I can't see them being too excited about Schofield backing up both OL spots having never played in an NFL game yet.

Every team is going to have question marks heading into the season so if they don't get somebody I won't be surprised, but I do hope they make a move in this area. Not sure who they could go get though as not many teams want to trade a starter and there are very few back ups out there worth it.

Look at teams like Dallas who are pretty deep on O line to try and slip somebody thru the crack.

This might be a somewhat enticing pkg for Denver to throw out there for trade value....Monte Ball, Corey Nelson and Kayvon Webster. Maybe?

Chris Clark was a starting tackle in a Super Bowl, and we get a 7th for him, so I'm not so sure what we'd get for some of our fringe players . .

Your absolutely right about Hilman Spirit. Prob is we don't have anybody else that has the speed to
get outside better than Hilman.You need that threat.

I still think Jake Long is the target signing. They brought him in to see what kind of shape he was in and he came to tell them who much he wanted to play another year. The Broncos said - we can't guarantee that kind of dough at this point in near TC - we will stay in touch. With Clark gone - the Broncos just repatriated 1.4 million in salary cap money.

I think the Broncos would like an extension from Brock and to sign Jake Long - the rest of the potential trades are to clear salary cap space and to get draft picks..

I'd like to see a few more big bodies on the D line. Teams with power running games are going to try running it right at there defense this year. Denver's defense will be very aggressive and fast but undersized.

Agreed 100% When there is a hole he hits it fast and the threat of the run on the edges for this offense is a must in my opinion.
