Yeah, LA was a dream story.. knocking out #1,2,3 en route to the cup from the west.

Brodeur actually showed up and we blew our chances in both gms 1 & 2 IMHO...

We got nash and kept our prospects in tact. They better not lockout this year. NHL would take a serious hit and probably lose a lot that it has gained since its 1st lockout. NHL cant afford another one.

Thanks for clearing that up clyde. I also had another question regarding our keepers. I thought i remembered there being some talk of only allowing the same keepers for 1 or 2 years before we have to change them out. Is that true or am i smoking crack?

Those aren't mutually exclusive.

Agreed. Injuries to big players fucked up a lot of rosters last year. Hopefully, not so much this year.

2) I know it's too late for this year, but I wondered the same thing last year. Why do we draft so early? Why not after, say, the 3rd preseason game?

To be clear, I'm good with whatever you all decide. One thing about fantasy leagues I learned long ago is that rarely is everyone happy with and/or present at a league draft. Just the nature of the game.

I'm willing to be as flexible as possible, but this should have been discussed a week or two ago. I rearranged some stuff to make this happen today. I'm not mad.....just saying we need to get this cleaned up in the future.

Same here. It's just the fact that we waited until the night before. The weekend of the 24th and 25th is out for me as well as the following weekend. I thought we decided on the date we did because that's the date we all could make it. Anyways whatever works is fine but a little more heads up would be nice.
