Outfield is the easiest position to get yet we have to use 2 infielders to play out there. What? GMZ needs to pick up Lincoln and then go for a long drive off a short pier. They are worse than Howard Schultz for all time bad NW sports figures.

I usually remain pretty emotionally detached watching the Mariners these days, but I went fucking ballistic when Romero missed that ball then Ackley followed it up with an impressive defensive play himself. So many opportunities missed today it just summarizes what a pathetic franchise this is.

Started watching the game in the top of the 5th inning and have seen 4 errors by Mariners players. 3 by outfielders.

That grounder going between Almonte's legs, the drop by Seager on the impressive play by Zunino, then the pathetic attempts at playing outfield by Ackley and Romero. According to ESPN the Mariners have only committed 2 errors, lol.

I mean in all seriousness there is no excuse for the amount of defensive blunders we have seen over the last week. Thats just a lack of focus and being unprepared.

I know we have talked before about my view of this program and how I haven't really supported it since they started trying to block Hansen and his group from bringing Basketball back, but I do watch some games. This will be the first year I've completely given up and go to just passive mode before May even rolls around.

I really don't see this team getting any better until the entire house is cleaned. Not just Jack Z, but Lincoln. This is the worst franchise in the bigs. A total embarrassment to this city and this game.
