I think trading does nothing other than make the mock even less realistic and meaningful than it already is, no? But, since I really don't look at them once the list gets beyond 2 or 3...have at it!!!

Before becoming a volleyball player, my daughter was big into gymnastics. My wife thought that it was only fair for me to help teach her like I taught my boys about baseball and basketball. You can learn how to do just about anything on YouTube . Now it was about 5-6 yrs ago when I last attempted it

Hargreaves IMO is a top 5 pick and Wentz will go in the 1st round.

Can I do it in a pool or on a trampoline?

Yes, your call

I can do a back flip into a pool. Back hand spring on a balance beam...a little tougher.

It's all in fun. Like I said in the OP, the trades are to damn tempting not to take. If wheeler dealer Jerry pulled off 2 or 4 of the trades the site offers most would be happy with the return value.

It seems more about the trades than anything else

True, but in all honesty if you are offered the #6 in rounds 1 and 2, do you make the trade, especially considering the amount of players needed. If the CB you want is there and very well could be there at 6.

Not if your goal is a realistic attempt at guessing what may actually happen or what you may want to happen.

But if you are just having fun with it, then go for it, but this is pretty much why I never even look at these things when posted. Probably just me as I barely lend any credence to where the "guru's" have guys slotted.

So if Dallas trades #4 for #6 & #37, you're gonna be upset? Realistically that trade will never be on the table but if it were and we pass on it I'd know I'd be upset.

Not what I said at all. My point was: is that really going to happen on draft day? If someone in a meaningless mock draft trades you his teams #5 overall pick and every other pick he has because he is an Ohio St alum and wants to pick Bosa for #4 does that really give an indication of how our draft may go? Almost every mock here shows us trading. We may, but odds are we won't...

For some reason, I want to trade. Here is my thing- we all talk about BPA vs need. I saw one of the mocks where we got Treadwell at 4. He is arguably the best WR in the draft but I was thinking maybe 15-20 on him. My point is let's say we need a Wr and Treadwell is projected to go 20 and we really want him- don't u take him at 4. I just remember the hell the Fredrick pick caused. To me of course after the fact, they nailed it. I don't care if we could have gotten him in the third. We have the 4rth pick. To me that should be used to get a future All - Pro and if there is a question then we trade back.

IMO...if you want a guy, you take him. You are assuming he will still be there at 20 because Mel Kiper says he will. A WR usually goes top 5. The only way I ever trade down is if I don't want anyone or I want 4 guys and trade down 3 spots guaranteeing I still get one of them...
