I like the idea of adding a qb with a later pick. It surprises me that we drafted Mcgee whom could have been had as a FA and we hve not drafted a QB since. It seems that it would help the team to use money wasted on Orton for a player that would see the field. Its not like we are going to the superbowl if Romo stays healthy anyway. This is not the same as when Kosar backed up Aikman. At that time the Cowboys actually had a playoff caliber roster

How about Murray in the 4th or 5th? He did well in a tough conference. A much better prospect than Mcgee was. I could care less about the measurables. Ryan Leaf had the size that scouts loved. Desire and heart can elevate these smaller guys. I am going to say that Clowney is the only top 5 talent I see. I see several busts and am not that impressed with Bridgewater and Carr. Bortles has the the potential, but he is a project IMO. Manziel probably the most dangerous out of those 4 because of his mobility.
