That looks pretty cool - I'd be in. Prefer solo vs partner on this one but whatever you guys decide is fine by me. Is there generally any rhyme or reason to the phases or is it just a bunch of different criteria?

Anything goes. The more we mix it up, the better. There is a way to make these phase drafts not loaded as well so the partner draft isn't needed for this particular draft.

I like the phase draft idea a lot

Top of head a couple suggestions for phases...listed height 1. shorter than 6'2....2. taller than 7'1. Not sure what kind of options that would produce

-Made an ABA all star game
-Had an afro at 1 point during career
-Had a shaved head at 1 point during career
-wore #33
-lefty
-torn ACL (or some other kind of injury category)

Be tough to look up their hair styles during their careers, but I like the creativity.

Yeah was thinking "pic to prove it" when you post to have some fun with it. I don't think it would be too difficult to find pics of the mainstream guys

I was just thinking that I would hate to be on my last pick and need a guy who had a 'fro at one point and trying to find a guy who fit the bill. Looking at pictures and trying to figure out if that counts as a 'fro. People like Milk and Shane, trying to find loopholes. "He shaved his face, which is part of his head! It counts!"

That phase would definitely have loopholes. What kind of fro? Do jew fro's work? Do fro bushes count? A lot of hairstyles can technically be counted as a version of a fro?....see, this is already complicated. I think hairstyles is WAY too complicated
