I was thinking evens and odds. You can only pick a player that started their career (or were born in, if you want to infuse Ducey's idea) in an even (or odd) year. Then, next go around, we switch it.
Why no Co-Gm's? That seems kind of lame. There is great fun in debating picks and talking strategy.
I totally get why people don't want a co-gm, it just seems silly to not allow it for the sake of it.
