So is it possible to finish a NFL Draft in less than a week or so....

How much time do you really need just to participate in a draft, if you aren't running it you can spend an hour a week tops posting and researching ya bitch!

The threads won’t be updated though lol

I did the full draft threads and was yelled at anytime I even thought of updating Team Thread. Something with me doing math for salary drafts, or lineups, or the fact I would place players on wrong team :noidea:

How about for NFL, we do a 48 man roster, kickers included. The catch is, you take two players per round, but they had to play together at least 16 games. By doing it this way, we would have 48 players in 24 rounds. A couple of stipulations...You can't use the same team twice....You can only pick one HOF player per pick(Example, if I used Joe Montana in my first pick, I could take Dwight Clark but not Jerry Rice to pair him with). 1990-Today for the years, no one drafted before 90.

22 Offense
QB - 2
RB - 2
FB/TE - 3
WR - 5
OL - 10

22 Defense
Front 7 - 14
Secondary 8

Kicker
Punter

Must show starters and backups

While I am on a role, there is a way to do this as a continuation, though we would need the same guys to play next time we do NFL, or have someone take over their team. We could do a draft this way, but have it be any player drafted before 1980. We pick our 48 man teams and do the playoff. Then, the next time we do NFL, we keep the same teams and do a 12 round draft (1 per round) of players taken from 1980-1989. The GM that won the Pre 80 draft would pick last, the loser of the play in would have the first pick. After those 12 players are added to our 48, we cut any 12 from out 60 total to make a new 48, and have playoffs. Then we could do the same thing with 90's and 00's.

Love the idea, the only thing I worry about is nobody pays attention to bench players.

For a future draft idea what about a jersey # draft. You can only take 1 jersey # per player so It could be any sport we do. Let’s say NFL and some idiot takes Bo Jackson well he only wore #34, now you can’t take another player who wore that jersey # (exception if they had multiple jersey # in their career).

Ok, you really need to get over Bo Jackson. Pretty sure you get off to him every night, he wasn’t that good...let me say that again, he wasn’t that good, not very good at all actually

Well....he wasn't great because he tried to do two sports, which is incredible really, even great athletes like Deion and MJ were scrubs as Pro baseball players, Bo was an all star. When he was at Auburn, he was the best RB I've ever seen, period. If he had only played football from jump, he'd have been right there with anyone ever. But he didn't, and he suffered a devastating injury. I'll say he wasn't a great pro, but was the most talented size/speed guy ever

Okay let’s do a different example for you Shane. You take stud Greg Oden then you won’t be able to take jersey #20 or 52.

I thought Herschel Walker was the best I ever seen, when he was at Georgia it literally looked like he was playing against high school kids, yes... LITERALLY!

NONSENSE, he was simply fucking amazing.

Not sure why at 2:50 they show the play that ended it all but he was truly an amazing human being.

How about of the 48, 24 play 1st half 24 play 2nd
That takes care of that problem.

I really like this a lot
