I did not expect this kind of game from the Hawks tonight. I'm pleasantly surprised.

Fuck Geno... couldn't care less.

What I am LOVING is Cross (eh despite a couple drop backs where he got a little grabby and allowed some pressure) and Lucas are playing at a HIGH level. If we can HIT on a LT/RT in ONE draft, that is game breaking. You've got both ends secured for 4+ years, and it's not like these guys are going against cupcake players. Chubb and Gregory are VERY competent and seasoned (but not old). Add Lewis into this? Jesus Christ you've got 2005 Seahawks line. Fuckin' plug retired Mark Sanchez back there for all I care.

Absolutely LOVING the play from our younger guys. The fact Woolen has not been challenged yet (unless I missed something) is encouraging. Loving the early play from our rookies.

NOT impressed with Taylor or really much of our linebacker play for that matter. I can't ask much from Woods, Ford, and guys transitioning to a 3-4. I'd like to actually get Mafe some reps. I know he's very raw, but Taylor is kind of getting played tonight.

No surprise the big issues on defense are missed tackles and run defense... we struggled with it (with our starters) in preseason.

Both the tackles are playing really well and that's why I absolutely love this draft.

Secondary is also playing well. Wilson hasn't thrown much to his WRs, and he has a lot of really good options out there.

Geno looks like he has had a brain transplant....smart game plan by the coaches.
I thought Geno played pretty well in his three starts last year

Ok guys this was the bast case for the Hawks Oline. Don't get to excited facing a team who has i think one guy that got more than 2 sacks on the team last year. The other guy plays for the Hawks. This is not a true test for our rookies but it's a HUGE first step and will help them grow in confidence.

If the Broncos get 36 sacks this season i will be shocked. lol not joking.

Let's hope it keeps up the 2nd half... that will be really telling.

I mean, we can all give credit where credit is due... in crunch time Wilson can sling and get the ball downfield... he can expose people REAL quick. I really don't care about the scores/records this season, but I am VERY impressed with Seattle's 1st half OL performance. And that's where a lot of our draft capital went.

Russell's deep ball hasn't looked good. That PI was solely because Russ threw a terrible deep ball.
