You will draft 18 total players. 5 SP, 9 position players & 4 RP.

CAP - $675 **THIS WILL BE BASED ON WAR7****

Starting Pitcher JAWS Leaders | Baseball-Reference.com - reference

Player restrictions. Player had to play 4 full seasons or 600 games

Position requirements - 320 games

You CAN trade Picks and Players.

Need Relief Pitchers IMO. Also one WC player per team pre 33 that doesn't count vs cap

I agree, actually with this we will have 5 RP's.

Interesting wrinkle, if we do the WC...do we lower cap or keep the same?

I'd keep it the same with the pre 33 being a WC not against the cap. I'd solve the Ruth problem by saying whoever takes Ruth has to move their next pick to the last round...meaning, if I take a cap free Ruth in the 1st round, my 2nd round pick moves to the end of the draft. I think that adds a lot of strategy on who and when you would take him. Just having fun

How about this? You can have one WC pick BUT this WC pick cannot be used in Rounds 1 or 2.

Will change cap to $550.

Ruth if picked will be about 1/6 of the cap, pretty standard
