Your cutoff time is at the end of your time slot. If you fail to pick by then you will be skipped until you make your pick. However since you are the very last person on the time slots you wont we skipped. The weekend we do not have time slots and we just draft in order. So it can go fast if people are active or reallllly slow because we are waiting on 1 guy to pick.
