Well here goes, the phase draft for MLB.
One wrinkle I wanna throw in is you can draft from any phase at any time. That way the people drafting in the middle don't get hosed.
Standard positions
Lineup - 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, C, RF, CF, LF, DH
5 bench players.
5 starting pitchers must have started at least 75% of their games played.
5 relief pitchers must have pitched out of the pen in 75% of their games played.
PHASES
1) Played a game in 1982
2) Gold Glove winner
3) World Series winner
4) Batting champ
5) Never won a World Series
6) World Series MVP
7) Finished 2nd in Cy Young voting
8) Lead league AL or NL in Home Runs
9) Non All Star
10) 50 relief appearances in one season
11) 5x AS
12) Led league in saves
13) Played for 2 different teams in same season
14) Played for the Tigers
15) Struck out at least 111 times in a season
16) Switch Hitter
17) 30 steals in a season
18) Single digit jersey number
19) Played a game in 1922
20) Walked at least 111 times in a season
21) Played for the Phillies
22) Played in NL and AL
23) Played for only 1 team
24) Started 100 games at 4 different positions in their career
