Who do you honestly think is better, Turner or Solano? I’m conflicted, to me it seems Turner would’ve been better to bring back because he supposedly was a veteran presence. And I’m just skeptical with Solano, his production seems fine but no teams has wanted to keep him. Doubt it’s his fault, but it is still a “concern” when an old dude kind of has to be the veteran in the clubhouse.

I would have kept Turner but either way neither would be able to propel this team to where we want them to be.

My guess is they panicked and went Solano when no other middle infielder was available to the cheap bastards. Then they got Polanco which made Solano obsolete but no money for Turner at that point.
