It's a whole lot of fun. And it's right in the Gaslamp Quarter, which is a destination all in itself.

I have never been to the west coast other than Hawaii.

My oldest son (6) is starting to get into baseball so I think what I want to do is take a flight to Seattle and head south ending in San Diego and flying home. I doubt that will ever happen but the idea seems pretty fun.

Well, fellas I'm going camping in the morning and haven't even started packing, so I'm going to turn in way early tonight and get plenty of sleep. I won't be so comfortable tomorrow night!

It's a very long way! I'd highly recommend doing San Francisco to LA on the coast highway.
